FAQ

What forms of payment are accepted?

I accept debit cards, credit cards or cash. Please be aware there is a 2.5% service charge when paying with a card.

What is the cancelation policy? 

​

I understand that emergencies come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of any changes. Changes made between 48-12 hours before appointment will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled services. Changes made 12 hours or less before appointment or no show to an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of scheduled services. 

What happens if I'm going to be late to my appointment?

I understand situations come up and you may be running late to your appointment. I kindly request that you call or text to let me know. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment I will do my best to  accommodate all of your services however I may not have time.

Should I do anything with my hair before appointment? 

​

Please make sure to come to your appointment with clean hair. If your last shampoo was a couple days prior that is fine as long as there is no product on the hair as this could effect the outcome of your color. Please also come with your hair dry. Having to dry your hair takes up appointment time and could result in not having sufficient time to complete your services scheduled.  If there is a need to wash and or dry your hair before color application and results in not having time to complete scheduled services you will be required to pay for services scheduled.

What should I wear to my appointment? 

​

I encourage you to wear something comfortable to  your appointment so you can fully relax. please do not wear any top with a hood or turtle neck or anything white.

Is there parking at your studio? 

 

Yes there is a free big parking lot right out front and to the right of the studio!

Are my children allowed to come with me to my appointment? 

​

Unfortunately unless  your child is having a service done by me I do not allow them in the studio while your services are being done.  Please understand this is due to safety reasons, as there are chemicals and sharp tools around the studio.  Allow yourself to come in kid free and catch a break! You deserve it!
